My main goal is to practice as a Massage Therapist that provides wellness and relaxation to my clients. My greatest intention is to use the skills that I possess to restore and maintain quality of life through massage.

The key is for all people to be educated so that they can receive the multiple benefits that have been proven to be produced as a result of massage. I collaborate with my clients to develop treatment plans that are specifically tailored to their individual health goals.

Training in: Hot Stone Massage, Heated Bamboo Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Special Populations and Chair Massage

Certification in: Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, Chair Massage & Sports Massage

Massage Experience:

*I have acquired a very valued and steady clientele.

*I proudly served as the underwater massage therapist (on scuba gear) to Allen Sherrod, Guinness World Record holder for staying underwater for 52 hours.

*I have also provided Massage Therapy at Ruth Eckerd Hall for the performing artists appearing there.

41 years - Acting on Stage, in Commercials & Television, Audio Book Narrator and Recording Studio Performance

25 years – Directing, Musical Directing, Managing, Supervising and Coordinating nationally recognized touring theater company

15 years - Teaching Improvisation, Acting, Audition Technique, and Musical Theatre.
